RFK #342 Camp Positions

There are many ways to get involved with RFK Sacramento. We are always looking for volunteers to join us for a week at camp. An interview and training is mandatory after applying. There are many positions at camp including counselors (each counselor has 1-2 campers), activities team, support staff, and more. EVERY position is vital to making camp an amazing experience for both the campers and staff. Please email or call for more info! If you want to get involved but aren’t sure about a week at camp, there are plenty of ways to help! We have positions available in admin, fundraising, and one-day events both before and at camp. Camp Counselors

For every counselor willing to spend the entire week at camp, another camper is able to attend. Training is mandatory. Counselors arrive at camp the day before the campers to prepare the cabins and welcome the campers as they arrive. Each counselor is responsible for two campers in order to provide the very best care for our campers. One assistant counselor works with every two regular counselors.

Other Camp Staff

For every counselor willing to spend the entire week at camp, another camper is able to attend. Training is mandatory. Counselors arrive at camp the day before the campers to prepare the cabins and welcome the campers as they arrive. Each counselor is responsible for two campers in order to provide the very best care for our campers. One assistant counselor works with every two regular counselors.

Registration Helpers

For every counselor willing to spend the entire week at camp, another camper is able to attend. Training is mandatory. Birthday Party Buddies

Welcome Home Dinner Cooks and Servers
